As part of a winter family vacation, I happened upon this restaurant and was extremely surprised. I am a hot eater every day and always treat myself to the highest degree of spiciness in all local areas in the Ruhr area. That means, for example, I tell the Thai to make it really Thai-spicy. A visit to China and the food there were a normal degree of spiciness for me. When it comes to spiciness, I'm generally not concerned with anything. Until that day I ordered the Pizza Etna in the Pizzeria La Mama. No restaurant in the world had yet managed to be unmanageably spicy for me. But then it happened completely unexpectedly in a Bavarian mountain village. Outbreaks of sweats and ailments while consuming which I only managed with the greatest effort and a lot of time. Therefor absolute 5 stars. I will continue to train my palate with chilli powder, habaneros, kebab sauces, pepperoni, Thai-spicy duck and much more, and aim to be able to confidently compete against the Pizza Etna on my next vacation in Missen.

The food was very good, in our case pizza. Unfortunately the room was completely overcrowded. Very tight despite reservation. The air was terrible. When we ordered the food, 8 people came to the next table, a maximum of 50cm away from us. The landlord had a gun guard that was so dirty and not worn correctly. This is not how things should go today. Why the mouth and nose protection for guests if you can't keep a minimum distance at the table anyway. We should have left. Felt very uncomfortable.

This is our absolute favorite pizzeria! Whenever we are in the Allgäu, we enjoy the time in this wonderful, cozy location. We have already driven from our place (Neuenbürg near Pforzheim) to the Allgäu a few times just to eat pizza. This is a bit crazy, but the trip was worth it every time (almost 300 km). We love being here, the staff is super friendly, the food is excellent and we will always be back as long as we can.

Not really inviting from the outside. Inside, however, very cozy. We ordered to be picked up and were very satisfied with the pasta and pizza.

We ate here twice and were satisfied each time. The pizzas are very good and the salads well dressed. The service is friendly and attentive. Gladly again!

We ate here spontaneously during our vacation. The pizzeria is not really inviting from the outside, therefore a star deduction. Because of the rating here we went in anyway. The service was nice, the pizza was delicious and hot and the wine was tasty too. Although there was a lot going on and there were many outside orders, the waiting time was ok. Perfect for all vacationers who do not want to eat the Allgäu cuisine every day. Price-performance ratio is absolutely right here. Keep it up.

Catastrophic! Children had to wait 1 1/2 hours for a shoddy pizza, despite multiple inquiries and advice that they are whimpering and tired. When it finally came, it was almost impossible to get it down. Edge as hard as concrete. Salad dressed carelessly. For an Italian, a certificate of poverty. Never again!

Delicious scampi / spinach pizza! Kids pizza good size and tasty. Very nice service, tried to make everything possible despite the difficult Corona time. Bruschetta highly recommended, flavorful and freshly made. The salad was ok too. The tomato soup was just as flavorful and tasty.

A real insider tip! It was my first time there and I was really speechless because it was just too good. Fast, courteous service, wonderful food and a cool location. We would love to do it again anytime. Would give more stars if I could: D
